Step 1: Access Your Google Business Profile
- Go to business.google.com and sign in with the store's Google account
- Click your business listing → click Reviews in the left menu
- You'll see all pending reviews — ones without a response are flagged
If you don't have login access, ask your GM for the credentials or request edit access. You need this to post responses.
What you should see: A list of reviews with star ratings, dates, and response buttons.
