What you'll need
- A free account at chat.openai.com (no credit card required)
- Your crew list: names, positions, and availability for the week
- Your shift requirements: how many people per shift per day
- Time needed: 10 minutes to set up, 2 minutes per schedule after that
- Cost: Free (ChatGPT free tier is sufficient)

- Go to chat.openai.com on your phone or computer
- Click Sign Up → create an account with your email
- Verify your email and log in
- You'll land on a chat screen that looks like a blank text conversation
What you should see: A white screen with a large text input box at the bottom that says "Message ChatGPT."
Troubleshooting: If ChatGPT asks you to pay, close that prompt — the free tier works fine for this. You don't need ChatGPT Plus.
